Kat’s family was different. Her family taught her to lie and help them steal from the time she could walk and talk. It’s the family business! Kat wanted out, so she enrolled in a prestigious boarding school where rules must be followed! After three months, she was kicked out for an act of vandalism she didn’t do. Her cousin and a “close friend of the family” set her up to be framed for the vandalism and “spring her” from the school they considered a jail all so she could help them in “the family business.” Now the problem gets worse. A very bad guy thinks her father took his priceless paintings (which didn’t belong to him either), and now he wants Kat to help him get the paintings back, or he will kill Kat’s father. Kat and her cousins and friend find where the paintings are, but can they steal them from a museum without getting caught? Can they get the stolen paintings back to the rightful owners, and put the bad guy in jail, or will they end up in jail or be killed themselves?
